Job summary

GSS HR Solutions is seeking skilled finance professionals to join our Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and supplier account management team in Metro Manila. The role requires 3+ years in P2P, a Finance & Accounting degree, and experience with SAP or JD Edwards and Kofax.

You will work on ANZ shift from the office five days a week, identify invoice discrepancies, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and support process improvements and audit compliance.

Qualifications

• :Bachelor’s degree in Finance & Accounting or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies, missing invoices, duplicates, unapplied credits, and payment differences.
• Investigate aged outstanding items and coordinate with vendors and internal teams for resolution.
• Monitor vendor account balances, open items, and outstanding payments.
• Collaborate with Invoice Processing, Payments, Procurement, and Master Data teams.
• Prepare reconciliation reports, ageing analyses, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, company policies, and audit requirements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support standardization initiatives.
