Qualifications
- Experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) / Non-Life Insurance.
- Background in Auto, Home, Property, or Casualty Insurance accounts.
- Experience in a BPO, contact center, shared services, or insurance operations environment.
- Knowledge of policy servicing, policy administration, billing, endorsements, claims support, or customer service.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to support teams with process expertise, escalations, and quality improvements.
