Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in cold calling and setting appointments.
• Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and strong phone presence.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and persistently.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Experience with CRMs or lead management platforms and cloud-based dialers.

Responsibilities

• Call home service businesses from a provided lead database.
• Book qualified appointments between prospects and the business owner.
• Follow scripts and handle objections per prompts.
• Record call details, outcomes, and callback times in the lead system.
• Maintain daily call volume and efficient list navigation.
• Operate through an integrated dialer system for high-volume outreach.
• Provide prospect feedback to the team to refine objections and processes.
• Keep organized records supporting performance tracking and reporting.
