Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact and account representative for assigned customer accounts.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to understand concerns and relay information.
• Route customer inquiries and issues to appropriate internal departments (support, billing, training, development).
• Relay feedback, questions, and requests between customers and internal teams.
• Track and document all customer interactions and account activities in our CRM system.
• Follow up with customers on open issues and provide status updates.
• Identify and elevate urgent or high-priority customer needs.
