MicroSourcing is hiring a Customer Service Representative in the Philippines, based in Eastwood, Libis, Quezon City with a Hybrid work setup and Night Shift. You will act as the primary contact for customers and partners, handling inquiries, coordinating service requests, and maintaining accurate records to ensure compliant service delivery.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years in customer service, strong English, and the ability to work with multiple internal teams.

Qualifications

• At least two years in customer service or related roles.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries across different systems.
• Availability to work on a schedule aligned with U.S. Eastern Time.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and approved digital channels regarding schedules, status, containers, supplies, billing, and account information.
• Create, update, and track service requests and related cases in company systems.
• Coordinate with Dispatch, Operations, Sales, Billing, Compliance, and field personnel to resolve issues and provide updates.
• Explain services and procedures without providing regulated or legal advice.
• Elevate safety or compliance concerns according to established protocols.
