Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with a passion for sales, a strategic mindset, and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions that align with our products/services.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Candidates are expected to be proficient in English, both written and verbal, to ensure effective communication within our team and with clients.
- Perform any ad hoc duties as required (e.g., supporting special projects, attending events, assisting with sales operations tasks).
- Must know how to use ASANA or Monday.com for project and task management.
- The candidate must maintain a professional appearance and a well-groomed, presentable look, as the role involves regular interaction with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: At least 1 year in sales, business development, or account management (industry-specific experience preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
