Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in Sales Development or related roles.
• Proven outbound sales experience with US, Singapore, Australia, and Philippine markets preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Confident with cold calls and initiating conversations with decision-makers.
• Strong prospect research, lead qualification, follow-up, and relationship-building.
• Goal-oriented, persistent, and comfortable with targets and KPIs.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills with multi-prospect follow-ups.
• Experience using CRM systems and sales prospecting tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research potential customers across US, Singapore, Australia, and the Philippines through outbound prospecting.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads based on business needs and potential fit.
• Conduct initial outreach and engage prospects to understand challenges and present suitable solutions.
• Schedule qualified meetings and product/service presentations for the team.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture opportunities early in the sales cycle.
• Meet or exceed monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings, and pipeline.
• Collaborate with teams to refine prospecting strategies and improve lead-generation efforts.
• Stay informed about target markets, industries, competitors, and company offerings.
