Job summary

First Mate Technologies is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and building meaningful connections across the US and Asia. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead generation, and qualification to expand our presence in key markets.

About you: 3+ years in Sales Development or related roles, strong English communication, and comfort with cold outreach to decision-makers.

Qualifications

Minimum of three years in Sales Development or similar roles.
Experience in outbound sales and prospecting for US/Asia markets.
Excellent verbal and written English communication.
Confident with cold calls and decision-maker outreach.
Strong prospect research, qualification, follow-up and relationship skills.
Goal-oriented, KPI-driven, and able to manage multiple prospects.

Responsibilities

Identify and research potential customers across the US, Singapore, Australia, and the Philippines via outbound channels.
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads based on business needs and fit.
Conduct initial outreach to understand challenges and present solutions.
Schedule qualified meetings and product/service presentations for the team.
Maintain accurate prospect records in the database and CRM.
Follow up consistently and nurture opportunities through early sales stages.
Meet or exceed monthly targets for leads, meetings, and pipeline.
Collaborate with teams to refine prospecting strategies and tools.
Stay informed about target markets, competitors, and company offerings.
