MicroSourcing is hiring a Sales Development Representative (B2B AU Telco) to drive new business from the Philippines, onsite at Picadilly Site, BGC. You will prospect, engage, and book qualified appointments, supporting the AU telco client’s mid-market to enterprise focus.

The role emphasizes outbound outreach, pipeline growth, and strong collaboration with the sales team to convert conversations into opportunities. Day shift, onsite, with growth opportunities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in Sales Development or related roles, preferably in B2B SaaS.
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
• High energy and a positive Can‑do attitude.
• Interest in mobility, ICT, and emerging SaaS tech.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with executives.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Self-disciplined and proactive in outreach and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting and multi-channel outreach to build pipeline.
• Maintain ownership of leads in CRM and ensure proper handoffs.
• Track KPIs, report on pipeline and conversions, and optimize campaigns.
