Qualifications

• 2-5+ years in Outbound Telesales, Business Development, Account Development, or Sales with B2B SaaS experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented with a proactive mindset.
• High energy and a positive can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Outbound prospecting and lead generation to build pipeline across Mid Market and Enterprise segments.
• Maintain ownership of outbound leads in CRM and related tools; ensure proper logging and handovers.
• Track KPIs and provide insights to optimise campaigns and report on pipeline contribution.
