Job summary

Australian Outsource Desk Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative for outbound B2B prospecting in Angeles City, Philippines. This is an onsite role with mornings aligned to Australian hours and a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will make high-volume outbound calls, connect with decision-makers, qualify leads, set appointments, and build a robust pipeline while exceeding daily targets. The ideal candidate has 1–2+ years in cold calling or lead generation, strong English, and

Qualifications

1–2+ years of outbound sales or lead generation experience.
Strong English communication and conversational skills.
Comfortable working onsite in Angeles City, Philippines.
Experience with Australian accounts is a plus.

Responsibilities

Make high-volume outbound B2B calls to Australian businesses.
Prospect and connect with owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
Introduce and promote outsourcing solutions based on prospect needs.
Qualify leads and identify genuine business opportunities.
Set qualified appointments for the sales team.
Follow up consistently with prospects who show interest.
Handle objections, gatekeepers, and common cold-call challenges.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Record calls, lead information, follow-ups, and appointment details.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call, lead, and appointment targets.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are properly endorsed.
