VA Masters is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative to lead high-volume outbound calling and prospecting into mid-market and enterprise organizations. You will identify decision-makers, initiate conversations, and book qualified meetings for our senior sales team.

The role suits a phone-focused communicator who targets clear metrics and keeps a CRM immaculate. You'll work with Apollo.io for prospecting, sequencing, and CRM management, maintain data quality, and report on activity

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outbound B2B sales development, cold calling, or appointment setting.
• Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident phone presence.
• Comfortable with high daily call volume and consistent rejection.
• Hands-on experience with a sales CRM for logging activity and managing pipeline.
• Strong prospect research skills and the ability to identify the right decision-maker.
• Ability to work to activity targets and report on results with accurate numbers.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Carry out high-volume outbound calling to prospects across target industries and company-size brackets
• Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers, building out accurate prospect lists
• Screen prospects against defined criteria before booking meetings for the senior sales team
• Book, confirm, and follow up on qualified meetings with target personas
• Record every call, email, and touchpoint in Apollo, keeping data accurate and up to date
• Manage multi-touch outreach sequences across calls and email follow-ups
• Maintain and clean CRM data, including contact details, account records, and pipeline stages
• Monitor outreach activity and put together regular performance reports on calls made, connects, conversations, and meetings booked
• Follow up persistently on warm leads and no-shows to keep the pipeline moving
• Share feedback on messaging, objections heard, and list quality to sharpen the outbound approach
