Job summary

Relia Sourcing is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team in the Philippines. You will generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and qualification of potential customers.

You will build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, collaborate with Account Executives, and strive to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets while keeping accurate records in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 3 years of SDR, lead generation, or outbound sales experience.
• Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and outbound outreach.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong research and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage potential customers through email, phone calls, and social media
• Perform cold calling to initiate contact with prospects and introduce company products or services
• Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers
• Create and manage a consistent outbound sales funnel to generate qualified leads
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria before passing them to Account Executives
• Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and lead status in the CRM system
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline generation targets
