Key Responsibilities

• Contact existing inactive customers using scripts to collect feedback on the company's service.
• Convert 30 or more inactive customers daily and ensure they carry out transactions.
• Document and follow up on customer feedback.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by the Customer Support Leads.

Qualifications

• Proven 1-2 years experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
• Good knowledge of CRM software and telephone systems.
• Outstanding negotiation skills with ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
• Emotionally intelligent and professional in providing constructive feedback.
• Strong written, verbal and non‑verbal communication skills.
• Problem‑solving capabilities to create strategies to improve service quality.
