Job summary

Exypnox Inc in Metro Manila is hiring a Sales Development Representative to convert initial conversations into qualified opportunities. You will drive outbound outreach—making 70+ calls and 50+ personalized emails daily using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft and LinkedIn—and qualify high-potential leads for Boostlingo’s platform.

This hybrid role is based in Metro Manila with a 9:00 PM–6:00 AM night shift. You’ll schedule at least 10 demos monthly for the Account Executive team and enjoy uncapped

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years outbound sales or 4+ years sales experience.
• Proficient with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify high-potential leads for Boostlingo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive outbound engagement — 70+ calls and 50+ personalized emails each day using Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn.

• Identify and qualify high-potential leads to generate interest in Boostlingo’s solutions.

• Schedule at least 10 qualified demos monthly for our Account Executive team.

• Experiment with new outreach tactics and messaging to boost response rates.

• Take a consultative approach — understand each prospect’s challenges and show how we can help them succeed.

Hybrid Work Set-up: Strictly two (2) office days in BGC.
Shift Schedule: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM | Night Shift

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.

• 3+ years of experience in Outbound Sales, or 4+ years relevant sales experience.

• Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, and LinkedIn.

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Organized, results-driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

• A proactive, curious, self-starter mindset.

• While this is a Hybrid role, employees must be based in Metro Manila and work from within Metro Manila due to operational requirements.
