Leads who have shown interest in our website design packages will hear from a confident, results-driven Appointment Setter and Sales Closer, who calls leads, qualifies prospects, and closes sales. Working directly inside our CRM, you will reach out to interested leads, present our offer, and either close the deal or book the next conversation. A proven outbound sales track record, excellent English, and a real drive to turn conversations into customers make for the ideal candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Place outbound calls to leads in our CRM and introduce our website design packages
• - Qualify prospects by understanding their business needs and fit for our offer
• - Present and pitch our packages clearly and confidently, handling objections professionally
• - Close sales with qualified prospects
• - Book appointments and follow-up calls with prospects who need more time to decide
• - Follow up consistently with warm leads to move them through the pipeline
• - Select new leads from the lead generation section of our CRM (GoHighLevel)
• - Log call outcomes, notes, and lead status updates accurately in the CRM
• - Follow the scripts and sales training provided, and share feedback on what is working

Mandatory Skills:

• - Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or telemarketing, with a track record of closing deals
• - Experience in appointment setting and lead qualification
• - Excellent spoken and written English, strong communication skills, and a confident phone presence
• - Ability to pitch persuasively and handle objections
