You will work directly in our CRM, present our offer, handle objections, and book the next conversation with interested clients. You should have a proven outbound sales track record, excellent English communication, and the motivation to turn conversations into paying customers.

Job Summary:

Find your place with us as a confident, results-driven Appointment Setter and Sales Closer who calls leads, qualifies prospects, and closes sales for our website design packages. Working directly in our CRM, you'll reach out to interested leads, present our offer, and either close the deal or book the next conversation. You'll suit this role if you have a proven outbound sales record, excellent English, and real drive to turn conversations into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call leads in our CRM and introduce our website design packages
• Qualify prospects by learning their business needs and how well our offer fits
• Pitch our packages clearly and confidently, handling objections professionally
• Close sales with qualified prospects
• Book appointments and follow-up calls with prospects who need more time
• Follow up consistently with warm leads to move them through the pipeline
• Pick new leads from the lead generation section of our CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Record call outcomes, notes, and lead status updates accurately in the CRM
• Follow the provided scripts and sales training, and share feedback on what’s working

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or telemarketing with a record of closing deals
• Experience in appointment setting and lead qualification
• Excellent spoken and written English, strong communication skills, and a confident phone presence
• Ability to pitch persuasively and handle objections
• Comfortable with CRM platforms and calling/dialer software
• Results-driven and resilient, able to stay motivated through rejection
• Detail-driven, accountable, and self-directed

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, including pipelines and its built-in dialer
• Experience selling website design, digital marketing, or agency services
• Experience selling to small business owners
• Experience calling US-based prospects
• Customer service or client support background
