Job Summary:

We're sharpening our sales line with a confident, results-driven Appointment Setter and Sales Closer to call leads, qualify prospects, and close sales on our website design packages. Working directly in our CRM, you will contact interested leads, present our offer, and either close the deal or book the next conversation. Our ideal fit has a proven outbound sales track record, excellent English, and a genuine drive to turn conversations into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Place outbound calls to leads in our CRM and introduce our website design packages
• Qualify prospects by learning about their business needs and how well they fit our offer
• Pitch our packages clearly and confidently, handling objections professionally
• Close sales with qualified prospects
• Book appointments and follow-up calls for prospects who need more time to decide
• Follow up steadily with warm leads to move them along the pipeline
• Pick new leads from the lead generation section of our CRM (GoHighLevel)
• Record call outcomes, notes, and lead status updates accurately in the CRM
• Follow the scripts and sales training provided, and share feedback on what is working

Mandatory Skills:

• Proven background in outbound sales, cold calling, or telemarketing, with a record of closing deals
• Experience in appointment setting and lead qualification
• Excellent spoken and written English, strong communication skills, and a confident phone presence
• Ability to pitch persuasively and handle objections
• Comfortable with CRM platforms and calling or dialer software
• Results-driven and resilient, able to stay motivated through rejection
• Diligent, precise, and able to operate independently

Preferred Skills:
