Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales coordination, SDR, or business development support.
• Experience in B2B services, recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, or consulting is highly preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute 30-40 outbound touchpoints per day via calls, LinkedIn, and email.
• Respond to inbound leads within 24 hours; target 2-4 hour response time.
• Qualify leads and book qualified discovery calls for BD Managers.
• Log all leads and activities in the CRM on the same day.
• Support proposal creation and track timelines for SLAs.
