The role involves discovering customer needs, educating prospects on our solutions, and maintaining precise CRM records to drive opportunities with our US-based client.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience required.
• Experience using CRM systems or CRM-driven workflows.
• Excellent phone/video/email communication and CRM proficiency.
• Proven ability to qualify leads and understand customer needs through questioning.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting to generate sales opportunities.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, goals, budget, and requirements.
• Educate prospects on products, features, benefits, and suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records, activities, and outcomes in the CRM.
• Address sales, technical, and operational inquiries while ensuring timely follow-up.
