NightOwl Consulting in the Philippines seeks a Sales Assistant to support operations and manage leads, set appointments, and maintain calendars. You will be the first point of contact for new leads, communicating professionally with prospects and partners daily.

This is a phone-first role focusing on speed to lead, efficient intake, and accurate CRM updates. You will coordinate with loan officers and external parties while maintaining high organization and responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Confident and professional phone communication skills.
• Clear English with a minimal accent.
• Experience using Google Workspace (Sheets, Calendar, Gmail, Docs, Drive).
• Comfortable outbound calls to leads, clients and partners.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, professional, self-motivated and dependable.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Contact every new lead within 4 hours of receipt, fast and personal.
• Take the intake questionnaire live on the phone.
• Schedule and confirm initial loan consultations on the calendar.
• Set 20 appointments per week for the Loan Officer.
• Confirm 100% of appointments 24 hours in advance and re-book no-shows.
• Send loan applications promptly and track through to completion.
• Coordinate appointments with third parties (realtors, planners, title companies, agents, CPAs, attorneys).
• Maintain an organized inbox and ensure timely responses.
