Job summary

Lakevector in Manila is seeking an Outbound Demand Generation Specialist to build and operate our outbound pipeline. This role blends prospecting, research, cold-email execution, copywriting, and LinkedIn outreach to create qualified conversations with technical buyers.

You will own targeted campaigns, write personalized emails, manage sequences, and book meetings for our sales/technical team. Strong English and independent campaign management are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B outbound sales, SDR, demand generation, lead generation, or a similar role.
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong cold-email writing skills
• Experience prospecting into businesses rather than consumers
• Experience with outbound email and/or LinkedIn prospecting
• Strong research skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage your own campaigns
• Comfortable working with targets and measurable performance goals

Responsibilities

• Build targeted prospect lists based on our Ideal Customer Profile.
• Research companies, technologies, and relevant decision-makers.
• Identify prospects within data engineering, data platform, cloud infrastructure, and engineering organizations.
• Develop and execute outbound email campaigns.
• Write personalized and compelling cold-email copy.
• Manage email sequencing and follow-up campaigns.
• Conduct LinkedIn prospecting and outreach.
• Test different messaging, audiences, offers, and campaign strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve conversion rates.
• Qualify inbound and outbound responses.
• Book qualified meetings for our sales/technical team.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity data in our CRM.
• Work with the founder to refine our ICP, messaging, and outbound strategy.
• Report weekly on activity, meetings, conversion rates, and pipeline generated
