Job summary

Scale Up Philippines is seeking a Demand Generation Executive to lead multi-channel demand generation for a growing global technology consulting firm. You will own ABM, inbound/outbound, and digital campaigns to build a qualified enterprise pipeline.

You will manage HubSpot CRM, nurture MQLs/SQLs, and collaborate with Sales to accelerate the pipeline. If you have 7+ years in B2B/Digital Marketing and strong analytics, this role is for you.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, B2B Marketing, or Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, webinars, events, paid media, and content.
• Manage ABM, inbound, outbound, partner, and digital campaigns targeting North American enterprise accounts.
• Generate and nurture MQLs, SQLs, and qualified sales opportunities.
• Manage HubSpot CRM, including segmentation, lead scoring, nurturing, attribution, and reporting.
• Build targeted account and prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM data, and intent signals.
• Work closely with Sales and Business Development to improve lead handoff and accelerate pipeline.
• Track and optimize conversion rates, CPL, MQL-to-SQL conversion, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
