Job summary

Cloudstaff is hiring an Outbound Cruise Sales Representative to join our sales team onsite in Pampanga. You will proactively contact leads, educate clients on cruise packages, and guide them through the booking process, including deposits.

Prior outbound BPO and travel experience are highly valued, with a focus on achieving monthly sales targets. The role requires strong communication, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work night shifts in an office environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of outbound BPO sales experience.
• Call center and phone sales experience preferred.
• Cruise & travel experience preferred.
• Proven track record in sales and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads, previous customers, and prospects.
• Educate clients on cruise packages, itineraries and promotions.
• Build relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Close bookings and secure deposits to meet monthly targets.
• Record interactions accurately in the system and update CRM.
