Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Agent to manage warm inbound leads in a night-shift, office-based role in Makati.

You will guide affluent travellers through a consultative sales process, presenting curated options and ensuring high-level client satisfaction. The role demands strong communication, polished professionalism, and the ability to nurture leads through multi-week cycles, with targets for conversion and revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of sales or client-facing experience; consultative/high-ticket sales preferred.
• Good spoken and written English with a clear, neutral accent (approx. B2–C1).
• Proven ability to communicate confidently with high-net-worth individuals.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-touch, multi-week sales cycles and consistent follow-ups.
• Strong listening skills with a consultative approach to recommending solutions.
• Highly organized with experience using CRMs and meticulous record-keeping.
• Confident, professional, calm demeanor for a mature clientele.
• University degree preferred; minimum 2 years of college.
• Ability to work full-time in an office-based night-shift aligned to Canada time zones.

Responsibilities

• Engage with warm inbound leads.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand travel preferences, motivations, budgets, and expectations.
• Present curated travel options and educate clients on itineraries, inclusions, pricing tiers, and value propositions.
• Build trust and rapport with high-net-worth travellers.
• Manage multi-week follow-ups and nurture leads until conversion.
• Convert inbound leads into bookings within defined timelines.
• Handle objections and guide clients toward informed decisions.
• Maintain CRM records, update lead stages, and document interactions.
• Achieve targets for conversion rate, revenue, lead progression, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage multiple conversations across 1–4 week sales cycles.
• Ensure timely follow-ups, clear communication, and proactive next steps.
• Coordinate with tour operators for booking finalization and handoff when a sale closes.
