Job summary

Teleperformance MOA is hiring an Outbound Sales Manager for the Norwegian Cruise Line account. Earn up to PHP 160K package; start ASAP. The role requires 2-3 years in OM/SOM handling outbound sales in BPO.

You will lead telesales operations, drive sales focus, and coach a multi-level team. Onsite shift starts at 11 PM onwards; onsite requirement and premium account.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years as Operations Manager (OM) or Senior Operations Manager (SOM).
• Must have managed an outbound sales account within BPO / contact center.
• Strong leadership with experience managing multi-level teams.
• Proven ability to develop new solutions for programs and complex projects.
• Willing to work onsite in MOA and shift 11 PM onwards.

Responsibilities

• Lead outbound and inbound telesales operations in a call center environment.
• Drive sales as primary focus while handling minimal inbound service tasks.
• Handle customer-initiated calls for service activation, product changes, appointment scheduling, and issue resolution.
• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads for cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
• Drive development of new solutions for programs, complex projects, and processes.
• Serve as final decision-maker in your area, coaching, mentoring, and training team members.
• Ensure successful implementation of short to medium-term business activities.
• Lead a team of Specialists with full employee lifecycle responsibility.
