Qualifications

About the Role:

We are looking for aSales & Support Representativewith previous experience in acruise account or the cruise industryto provide customer assistance while supporting sales and booking-related activities.

The role involves handling customer inquiries, assisting with cruise-related reservations and requests, identifying sales opportunities, and providing accurate and professional support throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns throughphone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with cruise bookings, reservations, modifications, cancellations, and post-booking concerns.
• Provide accurate information regarding cruise itineraries, destinations, packages, cabins, schedules, and policies.
• Identify opportunities forupselling and cross-sellingbased on customer needs.
• Assist customers with payments, refunds, changes, and other booking-related requests.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate customer and reservation records.
• Coordinate with cruise lines, travel partners, and internal teams when necessary.
• Meet establishedsales, quality, productivity, and customer service targets.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience handling a cruise account or working within the cruise industry is required.
• Experience in cruise reservations, cruise sales, customer support, or related travel services is preferred.
• Strongwritten and verbal English communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a strong sales mindset.
• Confident handling customer inquiries and sales conversations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when handling bookings and customer information.
• Comfortable using reservation, booking, CRM, or travel-related systems.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple customer concerns.
• Willing to workonsite in Clark, Pampangaand on a night/rotational schedule.
