STACKph is looking for a Customer Service Representative – Cruise Specialist in Muntinlupa, Philippines. Responsibilities

• Assist customers with cruise reservations, bookings, and inquiries.
• Provide information about cruise packages, itineraries, and onboard services.
• Handle customer concerns, cancellations, and rebooking requests.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Promote relevant cruise packages, upgrades, and add-on services when applicable.
