You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assist with reservations and changes, and look for upsell opportunities while ensuring accurate records and timely responses.

Qualifications

• Previous cruise industry experience required.
• Experience in cruise reservations or related travel services preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Customer-focused with a strong sales mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries and bookings.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist with cruise bookings, reservations, modifications, cancellations, and post-booking concerns.
• Provide information on itineraries, destinations, packages, cabins, schedules, and policies.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Support payments, refunds, changes, and other booking requests.
• Maintain accurate customer and reservation records.
• Coordinate with cruise lines, travel partners, and internal teams.
• Meet sales, quality, productivity, and customer service targets.
