Job summary

A staffing solutions company is seeking an Operations Supervisor for Outbound Collections in Biñan, Laguna. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a BPO environment, particularly with outbound collections, and a strong understanding of collection laws. Responsibilities include coaching a team, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This is a full-time role with immediate start and training provided at the candidate's expense.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience as a supervisor in a BPO/Call Center environment.
• Direct experience in outbound collections.
• Strong understanding of collection laws (FDCPA, FCRA, HIPAA).
