Qualifications

• Proven B2B outbound calling experience, preferably targeting U.S. businesses.
• Ability to bypass gatekeepers and reach owners/senior decision makers.
• Excellent spoken and written English with professional phone presence.
• Strong research skills and ability to find decision-maker contact details online.
• Experience logging activity in a CRM and using dialing software.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound calls to U.S. businesses from assigned lead lists.
• Work through gatekeepers to reach owners, sales leaders, and decision makers.
• Research and enrich lead data including decision-maker names, phone numbers, and emails.
• Qualify prospects against size, industry fit, and authority.
• Book qualified discovery appointments and confirm on calendar.
• Follow scripts and adjust conversations to handle objections.
• Log dials, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM.
• Follow up with prospects and report activity metrics.
