• Excellent spoken English and a clear, professional phone presence.

• At ease with rejection and able to stay motivated through repeated objections.
• Experience getting through gatekeepers to decision-makers.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
• Strong phone and email follow-up skills.
• Dependable, meticulous, and self-directed.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Place outbound cold calls to private schools, restaurants, clinics, and dental offices
• Work around gatekeepers to find and connect with the owner or key decision-maker
• Present the company and its product range in a clear, professional manner
• Gather decision-makers' email addresses for customer portal access
• Stay in touch with prospects by phone and email until the sale closes
• Keep the sales pipeline and contact records in HubSpot updated
• Take and handle inbound calls transferred to you
• Take part in call reviews and apply feedback to raise your performance
