Qualifications

• At least 1 year of B2B outbound calling experience.
• Experience in appointment setting or telemarketing preferred.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills.
• Professional and confident with business owners and decision-makers.
• Results-driven with KPIs and targets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound B2B calls to Australian businesses.
