Australian Outsource Desk Inc. in Pampanga is seeking an enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our Internal Sales Team on a full-time basis.

You will identify, qualify and secure appointments with potential clients, helping our sales team maintain a steady flow of qualified leads to close valuable business. Responsibilities include outbound calls, needs qualification, scheduling, and precise CRM record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, lead generation or a similar sales support role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to identify client needs through effective questioning.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and databases to manage leads and track interactions.
• Ability to work independently whilst meeting strict targets and deadlines.
• A positive attitude, resilience and the ability to handle rejection professionally.
• Excellent English Communication skills
• Familiarity with sales processes and terminology within B2B environments.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospects and leads using provided contact lists and CRM systems
• Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and fit with our services
• Schedule and confirm appointments with qualified prospects for the sales team
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all calls, interactions and appointments in the CRM system
• Follow up with prospects who have not yet committed to an appointment
• Develop and refine pitch scripts to improve appointment confirmation rates
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly appointment targets
• Provide feedback to the sales team regarding prospect objections and market insights
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
• Continuously improve appointment-setting techniques through training and best practice sharing

As an Appointment Setter, you will play a crucial role in our sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying and securing appointments with potential clients. Your efforts will directly impact the success of our sales team and contribute significantly to the company's growth objectives. This role is essential to maintaining a steady flow of qualified leads and ensuring our sales representatives have the opportunity to close valuable business.
