Shore360 is seeking an Outbound Account Manager in the Philippines to proactively engage with prospective and existing clients, build strong relationships, identify opportunities, and drive account growth. You will manage the sales process from prospecting to conversion and ongoing account management.

The role emphasizes communication, relationship-building, and a results-driven mindset within the hospitality/catering context.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales call centers or high-volume customer service.
• Knowledge of sales, customer service, purchasing, logistics, accounts receivable/payable.
• Ability to build customer loyalty and relationships.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Leadership or account management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and maintain relationships with customers.
• Achieve Sales & Gross Profits targets and KPIs.
• Achieve daily call and quotation targets.
• Participate in national sales promotions for growth.
• Generate new accounts (min 5/mo) with spend targets.
• Understand customer requirements and offer proactive solutions.
• Listen to customer feedback and resolve issues positively.
• Enhance product knowledge through training and webinars.
• Recommend products via cross-selling and upselling.
• Handle sales orders, quotations, backorders, and CRM notes.
