Accenture PLC in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Lead for our Order-to-Cash team focused on Order Management and Billing. You will oversee daily delivery, drive performance, and guide the team through complex transactions while maintaining service levels.

This onsite role at Cyberpark Tower 3, Quezon City requires at least 5 years OTC experience, 3 years of supervisory experience, and willingness to work night shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of OTC experience specifically in Order Management and/or Billing.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Order Management/Order Processing, Billing/Invoicing, OTC operations, SLA and productivity management, quality and performance monitoring, escalation management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Order Management and Billing activities.
• Assign work and manage workload distribution across the team.
• Monitor productivity, accuracy, quality, and SLA performance.
• Provide guidance on complex order and billing concerns.
• Serve as an escalation point for operational and service-level issues.
• Coach team members and provide timely performance feedback.
• Review error trends and coordinate actions to improve quality.
• Support performance improvement plans when required.
• Recommend initiatives to strengthen team performance and operational results.
• Work with management and support teams to resolve service delivery concerns.
