Accenture is seeking an Order to Cash Ops Specialist in Quezon City, Philippines. The role oversees teams of Processors and Analysts in Order Management/Billing with night shift, Return to Office setup, and weekend rest days.

The candidate will ensure productivity, quality metrics, and handle complex cases and escalations. Strong leadership in supervision and process improvement is required, along with experience in OTC order management and billing processes.

Competenze

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in OTC specific to Order Management / Billing.
• At least 3 yrs of supervisory experience.

Mansioni

• Coordinate team work assignments and monitor workload balancing.
• Ensure service levels are met or exceeded and analyze performance data.
• Provide quality feedback and monitor error trends with audits.
• Assist in creating and monitoring Performance Improvement Plans.
