Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of end to end experience in Order Management.
• End-to-end order processing, order entry, validation and maintenance.
• Reviewing and booking customer orders into ERP systems.
• Credit memo creation, rebilling and billing adjustments.
• Experience resolving order discrepancies and managing stakeholder inquiries.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Amenable to work onsite in Quezon City.
• Willing to work night shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end order management and billing activities
• Review customer orders and ensure data accuracy before processing
• Handle escalations related to order entry, billing discrepancies, and contract alignment
• Partner with Sales, Deal Desk, and Finance teams to resolve complex order issues
• Monitor team performance, productivity, and SLA compliance
