Qualifications

• At least 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in OTC specific to Accounts Receivable (AR) and Collections.
• At least 5 years leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee teams of Processors and Analysts in AR/Collections and ensure productivity.
• Monitor workload balancing and support high-quality output.
• Track service levels and provide improvement recommendations.
• Provide feedback to Quality and audit teams on issues and trends.
• Assist in creating Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and motivate the team.
• Manage night shift schedule and weekends off; team location Quezon City, Cyber Park Tower 3.
