Job summary

Accenture, a global professional services leader, is seeking an OTC professional in the Philippines to support end-to-end revenue cycle operations from Quezon City. You will handle order management, invoicing, collections, cash application, and AR while ensuring compliance with policies and SLAs.

Ideal candidates have 6 months+ experience in OTC/AR/billing, exposure to ERP systems, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 6 months or more experience in OTC/AR/billing or collections.
• Exposure to shared services or BPO environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end OTC processes including order management, billing, collections, and accounts receivable.
• Ensure timely and accurate customer invoicing and collections.
• Post and allocate customer payments and perform cash application.
• Investigate payment discrepancies and disputes.
• Support period-end AR and billing activities and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve cash flow and processes.
