Accenture PLC in Quezon is seeking an Order to Cash Ops Specialist to oversee teams of processors and analysts in Order Management/Billing. The role emphasizes maintaining productivity and quality metrics, supervising complex cases, and reporting performance.

The position involves ensuring SLA adherence, contributing to quality improvements, and supporting performance management initiatives. The project operates on a night shift with weekends off, based at Quezon Cyberpark Tower 3.

Competenze

At least 5 years of relevant experience in OTC specific to Order Management / Billing
At least 3 yrs of supervisory experience

Mansioni

Oversee teams of Processors and Analysts in Order Management/Billing.
Ensure productivity and quality metrics are met and reported.
Monitor complex cases and troubleshoot customer issues.
Provide feedback to the Quality team and implement improvements.
Assist in creating Performance Improvement Plans for the team.
Night shift schedule with weekends off; team located at Quezon Cyberpark Tower 3.
