Job summary

SMC Infrastructure in Mandaluyong City seeks an experienced HR professional to lead organizational development, learning and leadership competency initiatives. You will collaborate with department heads to define core competencies, update the competency dictionary, design measurement tools, and drive talent reviews to identify HiPo and Ready Now successors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in OD, L&D, competency design, and succession.
• Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, HR Management, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Individuals with reliability, integrity, adaptability, empathy, proactive problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Department Heads to define core, functional, and leadership competencies.
• Update the Organizational Competency Dictionary to reflect current standards.
• Design tools to measure performance against competency standards.
• Facilitate talent reviews to identify HiPo and Ready Now successors.
• Develop Replacement Charts and Talent Maps to mitigate key personnel risk.
• Partner with managers to create growth roadmaps bridging current and future skills.
• Design development solutions beyond training, including coaching and mentoring.
• Curate curricula aligned to identified competency gaps and data.
• Oversee cross-functional projects for talent development.
• Serve as CHR liaison for nominations to MDP, LMDP, EMDP.
• Ensure prerequisites and documentation for internal candidates for CHR endorsements.
• Set KPIs to measure talent interventions (promotion, ROI).
• Maintain a Talent Dashboard tracking movements and progress.
• Conduct impact assessments to show coaching/trainings translate to performance.
