Job summary

Gensai Career Consulting Corp. in Makati on-site is seeking an experienced HR consultant to lead and manage human capital strategies, with a focus on Organization Development, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, and Talent Management.

You will diagnose organizational and capability needs, design and facilitate OD and L&D interventions, manage projects end-to-end, and contribute to business development through proposals and client communication.

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience in HR consulting or related roles.
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in OD, L&D, leadership development, and culture change.
Strong project management and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage HR consulting projects focusing on OD, L&D, and Talent Management.
Diagnose organizational needs through interviews, data analysis, and HR information review.
Design and facilitate OD and L&D interventions, leadership programs, and culture initiatives.
Manage projects end-to-end: planning, coordination, client communication, quality control.
Contribute to Business Development through proposals and presentations.
Develop and continuously enhance human capital methodologies and tools.
