Job summary

Motolite in the Philippines seeks an Organizational Development and Talent Management specialist to lead the design and implementation of OD programs, aligning structures, roles, and accountabilities with business needs.

You will coordinate the end-to-end PMS, guide leaders on processes and tools, and develop dashboards to translate talent data into actionable insights for organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, OD, IE, BA, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience with OD, PMS, and competency management.
• Experience in organizational/job design and PMS implementation.
• Strong analytical, facilitation, communication, and consultation skills.
• Knowledge of OD frameworks, job design, PMS, and competency management.
• Ability to consolidate talent data to support decisions.
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems with TM modules.
• Power BI or Tableau experience is an advantage.
• Certifications in HR/OD/Change/Talent management are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational reviews and job design activities to align structures, roles, and accountabilities with business needs.
• Maintain and enhance the company’s competency framework in partnership with Learning & Development.
• Coordinate and monitor the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS) cycle.
• Provide guidance to leaders and employees on PMS processes, tools, and documentation.
• Consolidate and analyze OD and Talent Management data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Prepare dashboards and reports to support organizational effectiveness and talent decisions.
• Recommend process improvements and interventions based on data and organizational needs.
• Ensure accurate, consistent, and timely OD & Talent Management reporting across the organization.
