Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive 1–3 year workforce plans and headcount/skills gap analysis.

We are seeking a seasoned HR leader to drive strategic workforce planning, compensation design, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping organizational growth, culture, and talent development while ensuring compliance with Philippine labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Workforce Planning: Develop 1–3-year workforce plans, maintain organizational structures, and conduct headcount/skills gap analysis.
• Compensation & Benefits: Design salary structures, conduct benchmarking, and manage incentive programs.
• Performance Management: Lead annual reviews, implement mid-year check-ins, and guide PIPs.
• Learning & Development: Conduct TNA, design leadership programs, manage L&D budget, and evaluate ROI.
• HR Policy & Engagement: Update HR policies, lead engagement surveys, and promote company culture.
• HR Analytics: Develop dashboards, prepare reports, and analyze retention trends.
• Collaboration: Partner with HR Operations on compensation, performance tools, and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, OD, Psychology, or Business; Master’s (MBA/MAHRM) preferred
• 6+ years HR experience, with 3+ years in strategic HR/OD/Total Rewards
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Code, wage orders, and DOLE issuances
• Expertise in job evaluation, compensation benchmarking, and competency frameworks
• Proficiency in HR analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, HRIS)
• Excellent stakeholder management and business writing skills
• Professional certifications (CHRP, SHRM-CP/SCP) highly preferred
• Active membership in PMAP or similar HR associations is an advantage
