Job summary

Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks an experienced Organizational Development professional to lead culture development, capability building, and performance improvements. You will partner with HR and business leaders to drive change management and organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities include designing talent development, succession planning, and engagement programs; analyzing workforce data for data-driven OD decisions; and overseeing OD projects, budgets, and vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR, or Business Management.
• 5+ years in HR focused on OD, Talent Development, or L&D.
• Strong knowledge of change management, competency frameworks, and instructional design.
• Broad HR generalist exposure across recruitment, C&B, employee relations, and HR operations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, collaborative, and data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead organizational development initiatives that strengthen culture, capability, and performance.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to drive change management and organizational effectiveness.
• Design and deliver talent development, succession planning, and engagement programs.
• Analyze workforce data to recommend data-driven OD and performance solutions.
• Manage OD projects, budgets, vendors, and compliance with minimal supervision.
• Support other HR facets as needed — recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, HR operations, and policy implementation.
