Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
• 5 years of HR or Organizational Development experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of KPI management, performance evaluation, job analysis, and organizational development.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee regularization and promotion processes, including evaluation and documentation.
• Oversee KPI and performance evaluations and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Develop and update job descriptions and organizational charts.
• Identify organizational development needs and recommend improvements in roles, processes, and workforce capabilities.
• Oversee training programs, including training needs assessment, coordination, and evaluation.
• Prepare and maintain HR and organizational reports and documentation.
• Work with managers and HR leaders on initiatives that improve employee performance and organizational effectiveness.
