Job summary

HRTx Inc. is seeking an experienced Organizational Development (OD) Manager to drive organizational effectiveness through talent development, performance management, culture-building initiatives, and change programs. This role ensures agility, high performance, and alignment with business growth.

Location: Ortigas; Work setup: Onsite; Schedule: Monday to Friday. The OD Manager will lead frameworks, oversee leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, and change management

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Organizational Development, Learning & Development, or HR Transformation
• Strong experience in change management and culture-building
• Proven track record in implementing OD programs
• Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Design and implement OD frameworks and interventions
• Lead organizational restructuring and transformation initiatives
• Assess and improve organizational effectiveness
• Oversee performance management systems and processes
• Drive succession planning and leadership development programs
• Identify capability gaps and learning opportunities
• Develop engagement and culture-building initiatives
• Support employee experience and retention strategies
• Strengthen organizational values alignment
• Lead change management initiatives across departments
• Facilitate communication and adoption of organizational changes
• Monitor impact and effectiveness of OD interventions
