Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology, behavioral science, business, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in HR Organizational Development.
• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience.
• Experience in a Tech/IT company.
• Strong background in organizational design and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Experience handling large-scale organizational initiatives is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead OD programs including succession planning, competency framework, and performance management.
• Design and implement employee engagement, culture transformation, and change programs.
• Partner with leaders to assess structure and recommend workforce optimization.
• Develop leadership development initiatives and career progression.
• Analyze organizational health metrics and propose data-driven interventions.
• Facilitate diagnostics, team effectiveness sessions, and capability workshops.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to align OD with HR objectives.
• Support change initiatives related to growth, restructuring, and digital transformation.
• Ensure OD programs align with business objectives and industry best practices.
