Job summary

Concerted Management Corporation is seeking an Organizational Development Manager in the Philippines to design and implement strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, engagement, and performance. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in organizational development, change management, leadership development, or related HR functions.
• Experience in a corporate or multi-branch organization is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational assessments to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement change management strategies for restructuring and process improvement.
• Guide leaders and teams through organizational change to ensure smooth implementation.
• Develop and execute employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention programs.
• Implement performance management systems aligned with goals and accountability.
• Provide training and support on performance management tools and practices.
• Design wellness and recognition programs to improve engagement and well‑being.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to measure OD program effectiveness.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders.
